Moss Removal Roof Cleaning in Redding, CA
Performed a moss removal roof cleaning at a Chevron Business. This roof had years of moss build up that the customer was concerned about and called us for an assessment to remove and stop the growth from continuing. We used our state of the art soft wash system which includes light brushing of the larger moss build up and then applying a coating of sodium hypochlorite which is recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) to eliminate the remaining algae and moss. We followed up in 60 days to reinspect the roof and performed a final rinse to ensure all debris was eliminated and rinsed away and confirmed that there wasn't any organic material was remaining. Customer was extremely happy with the results.
