We had Shasta Property Wash, power wash our Build at Yeager Foot and Ankle Center, including the windows inside and out, the results were fantastic! Shawn, the owner, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was EXTREMELY professional, punctual and VERY thorough. Our building looks refreshed, clean, and welcoming, and the windows are spotless! You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. We used Shasta Property Wash to clean the exterior of Susanville Supermarket. They pressure washed all exterior walls and the BBQ area. We couldn't have been happier. They were very professional, showed up on time and the billing was very reasonable for all the work they did.

Shawn did am outstanding job pressure washing the concrete sidewalk at our gas station and removing the built-up moss from our shingled roof. He was extremely professional from start to finish and showed great respect and courtesy toward our customers. What really impressed us was his dedication - he arrived around 3:30 AM to begin the work so everything would be spotless and ready before we opened. This level of professionalism is rare. The final results were excellent, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. We definitely recommend Shawn for any property/pressure wash needs. Great work!
